Borneo Wildlife Warriors is an exciting new documentary series by local production company Scubazoo, which tells the story of Sabah’s Wildlife Rescue Unit (WRU) .This dedicated team of scientists, vets, local forestry guides and park rangers, are on a mission to protect Borneo’s unique and vulnerable species against the steady advance of agriculture and human development.

Presented by environmental photojournalist Aaron ‘Bertie’ Gekoski, filming began in 2016 and we are ready to bring you action-packed episodes that document the rescue, rehabilitation and relocation of Bornean wildlife: from elephants, orangutans, sun bears, gibbons and monkeys, to huge saltwater crocodiles.

The WRU need your support so they can continue their critically important work.

By donating to our Patreon campaign – 50% of your pledge will fund the Wildlife Rescue Unit’s activities, whilst the remaining 50% will help fund the continued production of the series over the coming year.

Help us continue to make Borneo Wildlife Warriors a success and at the same time directly support the conservation of Sabah’s precious wildlife!
